1. Introduction

Welcome to Dr. Frost’s Case Study Club (“Service”). By subscribing to this Service, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing a subscription.

2. Eligibility & Professional Requirement

2.1 Required Professional Credentials

• Dr. Frost’s Case Study Club is exclusively for licensed dental professionals, including orthodontists, general dentists, and dental specialists, as well as dental students and residents.

• By subscribing, you confirm that you are a licensed or credentialed dental professional or a dental student in an accredited program.

• We reserve the right to verify credentials and may revoke access if a Member does not meet these qualifications. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Membership Fees

• The Service is available as a monthly subscription at the founding member rate of $149 per month (subject to change for future members).

• Your subscription renews automatically every month until canceled.

• Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)] and will be charged on the same date each billing cycle.

3.2 Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of the content, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

• Members may cancel at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.

• To cancel, visit your account dashboard or contact our support team at info@frostsmileacademy.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

4. Membership Access & Usage

4.1 Content Access

• Each month, Members receive access to two exclusive case study videos, along with accompanying materials (if applicable).

• Membership grants personal, non-transferable access to the content.

• Content is streaming-only and cannot be downloaded, shared, or redistributed.

4.2 Prohibited Use

• Members may not copy, record, distribute, or share any content from the Case Study Club.

• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

• All videos, written content, images, and course materials in Dr. Frost’s Case Study Club are the exclusive property of Dr. Stuart Frost, Frost Orthodontics, and the Frost Smile Academy.

• This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and is provided for educational purposes only.

• Members may not reproduce, repurpose, share, or redistribute any content from the Case Study Club without explicit written permission from the owners.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• The content provided in the Case Study Club is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or legal advice.

• Dr. Frost and his team are not responsible for how Members implement the strategies discussed. Each clinician is responsible for their own treatment decisions.

• While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes.

7. Modifications to Terms & Pricing

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions or adjust subscription pricing at any time.

• Members will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance of any pricing changes.

• Continued use of the Service after updates to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination of Membership

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a Member’s subscription without refund if they violate any terms outlined in this Agreement.

• Members may also cancel at any time, as outlined in Section 3.2.
